Each page that is currently available has a blank, black billboard with starting, standard pricing information on it. Pricing currently begins at $50 per year and goes up depending upon the page and anticipated traffic. Additional items can be added for an extra fee, such as:

• Market Exclusivity - It doubles the fee for the page. For example, you will be the only business in your category on the site. If you are in Real Estate and you want a page that is $100 a year, multiply it by two to lockout the competition and you will pay $200 for the year.

• Rotating Banners - If you would like more than one image, please add an additional $10 for each image. For example, if you are a Nail Tech and you want to advertise your business with two additional photos of your work on a page that is $50, add $10 times two for the additional images, totaling $70. Then, there will be a rotating banner that changes between the three images.

• Promotions - Much like the “Rotating Banner” feature, this allows you to add images as well; however, these are only for a specific period of time. If you would like it removed prior to the end of your yearly signup period, this is the feature you need. It is $20 to put the image up and take it down on a scheduled date. If you decide that you want to run an additional photo on your banner that is a time sensitive promotion for a sale (eg the holidays), add $20. You can pre-plan and pay ahead for this additional service or add it on at any time. I am almost as flexible Gumby!

• Hyperlinked Text - It can be added to direct traffic back to your site or social media for an additional $25.

• “Click Here” Buttons - Buttons with your choice of text and links are an available as well for $50.

• Prices - They are subject to change at the end of your term, so don’t delay! All fees are one-time only and annual unless otherwise stated.

Here are some other things you should be aware of:

• Individuals that live in Paloma Creek will be given preference over outside vendors to advertise the businesses that they own or operate on this site. We want to support our neighbors that support us because they are the foundation of our community.

• In the event that multiple businesses want the same page and request it on the same day, preference will be given to Small Business Owners who live in Paloma Creek. In the highly unlikely event that there is more than one small business, the SBA ranking system will be used. The business with the most points will be chosen.

• None of the businesses advertised on the website are endorsed by the HOA, FWSD/MUDs, Neighborhood Crime Watch, Aubrey, Little Elm, or Little Elm Police Department. If we discover that you falsely advertise yourself as such, your ad will be removed immediately and you will not receive a refund. Please don’t do it.

• The residents of Paloma Creek, any and all surrounding areas, that may find advertisements for the businesses listed on this website understand that we do not have any direct affiliation with them, thus they are not endorsed or recommended by any entity listed above, including, but not limited to their boards, owners, vendors, employees, agents, members, residents, and/or volunteers. By allowing them to advertise on our website, we are not endorsing them and you are hiring them at your own risk. If you have a customer service issue, we kindly ask that you contact the owner/operator to resolve any potential issues or concerns - especially prior to leaving negative feedback on social media which can be devastating to small businesses. Oftentimes, open and honest communication remedies most situations. Please remember, most are our neighbors.

• We reserve the right to deny ads based on content and/or ask for revisions.

• Images typically look best at 1800 wide by 600 tall with the bulk of the text in the center for our mobile viewers, centered in a 600 x 600 square, for compatibility across platforms, but I am flexible and can work with anything. There is always a creative work around and I don’t want you to have to pay your Graphic Artist costly fees.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Period.

• We do not offer payment plans. Everything must be paid in advance.

• We only accept PayPal payments at this time; however, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal. You can send money as a guest user without an account. Please place the name of the company and page (eg Home, FAQ, Leadership, Resources, etc) in the notes section.

• You will be provided with a receipt at your request; however, please be aware that we are not a non-profit. Please check with your CPA because you can most likely write it off as business advertising.

• We do not hold any political affiliation; however, candidates for public office are welcome to advertise on our website as well.

• Ads should be a ratio of 2 high by 3 wide for optimal viewing on browsers. Please keep key content in the center for mobile viewers.

• We love it when you cross-post and cross-promote, so please feel free to do so!

This site is a community website and about community service, so I will do my best to provide you, our community, with the excellent service that you deserve.
